Anti-wear Slag Discharge Valve

Function and utility
This valve is dedicated to the pebble coal slagging system in thermal power plant. Applicable medium: pebble, coal, coarse particles and lime-ash.
Working pressure 1.0MPa-1.6MPa, air pressure 0.4MPa-0.6MPa, working temperature≤350ºC.

Performance characteristics

This special valve is exclusively used in discharging pebble coal and transporting large particles in power plant pulverizer. Made of cemented carbide, the seal surface and the gate have wear resistance and anti-shock ability. The internal structure of the valve adopts elastic design for its special use so that particles will not block in seal or chamber. Thus it is flexible to open and close the valve. In the outlet of the valve, an unique oblique strip shaped push plate is designed to automatically push the object passing through the chamber to pipelines, guaranteed the unobstructed operation of the valve.
The outlet channel should be horizontal to the seat of the valve chamber to ensure that there will never be slag deposition (utility model patent product)
